CPS Energy CEO Gold-Williams: Rate increase – ‘an inevitability’ – could come this fall

According to options being considered by CPS Energy, customers could see their monthly bills go up between 6.5% and 9.5%. That would be $9.70-$14.60 per month for the average customer.
