This is what corruption looks like.  In a leaked recording of a 48-minute conference call with investors, first reported by Texas Monthly, Public Utility Commission Chairman Arthur D’Andrea assured them he was doing everything within his power “to tip the scale as hard as I could” so billions of dollars in overcharges from the February weather crisis would not be reversed.
